ChileMontaña Cia de Guias is experienced in a wide range of expeditions: from a one-person trip to groups of over 45 people, from one-day trips to over 50-day long trips, from top of the art 4WD vehicles to mules, from hydroplanes to rafts, from climbing to MTB, from horseback riding to hiking, to skiing, to paragliding, from sea level to the 8850m-high top of the Everest, from deserts and snow into the deepest forests.

ChileMontaña wants you back from your trip happy and in perfect condition, so they follow strict guidelines to avoid troubles and/or minimize risks. Each situation requires analysis, evaluation and different solutions - there is no automatic or easy answer so ChileMontaña trains hard to be ready for the unexpected or for when fast answers are needed.

And if any problem arises, ChileMontaña has the tools, the training, and the plans to provide you with solid, fast, and useful solutions.

      Reservation Policy

      ChileMontaña will confirm your booking request once 15% of the total cost of the program in which you intend to participate has been received. The balance must be paid 30 days before the program departure date.

      Cancellation Policy

      Clients may cancel their trip at any time provided that the cancellation is confirmed in writing to ChileMontaña. As this incurs in administrative costs, the following penalties will be applied:
      • From 44 to 30 days prior to departure 15% of the program cost.
      • From 29 to 15 prior to departure 50% of the program cost.
      • Less than 15 days 100% of the program cost.
